Based on the principle that “the body will heal itself if the conditions are right” Nutritional Therapy is an evidence-based approach that aims to address an individuals symptoms and health concerns through the provision of a personalised support plan including dietary recommendations, lifestyle changes and supplements where appropriate to maximising one’s health potential.

It promotes the benefits of good, wholesome, unprocessed foods for optimal well being, as well as the therapeutic effects of particular foods for specific health conditions.

Nutritional Therapy can help everyone both young and old. Nutrition and lifestyle approaches to healthcare have been shown to support the health of all the major systems of the body.

As well as assisting with specific health issues and concerns clients are brought through how important good nutrition is to ensure the prevention of anything from a mild illness to more serious degenerative diseases like cancer, diabetes and heart disease.

Nutritional Therapy treats the body as a whole while seeking the root source of health concerns, rather than simply treating the symptoms.

It works on the basis that we are each individual in our make-up and therefore, ‘one size fits all’ models of eating (often based on outdated research) simply don’t work well for a lot of people.
